Super big 1 kg tubs of this beautiful Modelling Glass Resin. Our first 50 100g tubs marched straight out the door , so not only have we restocked but we have also got a few of these full kilo tubs for serious sculptural artists. It's a fascinating wonder medium and sits in the tub like a lump of clear sticky taffy. With nitrile gloved hands pull a piece out (use a spoon to help if its cold, it takes quite some grabbing), and model with it like it's a very soft sticky clay. When you reach the point you love - hit it with our 55 lumen UV torch to petrify. Voiila! You will need to shine the UV torch onto it from 2 minutes for small pieces and for up to 20 minutes depending on the mass. Larger pieces will need longer times.
Like all resin products, care must be taken when using it. To avoid allergic reations always wear silicone or nitrile gloves. (It will stick to other materials. Also use it on one of our silicone work mats. Make sure you are in a well ventilated area (I like to blow the air away by using a small fan behind me).  Petrify with the UV Torch and finish the curing process by sitting your completed piece in the bright sun for between 10 and 20 minutes. Then forever after keep it out of direct sunlight or it will yellow as any resin will. Never look into the UV light. Always put the lid back onto the resin tub before turning on your UV torch or light or you risk curing the entire tub. You do have to work quickly and methodically at this stage so have everything where it will be easiest to reach. Do not ingest or leave where a child or pet could ingest.
